Spring is such a special time of year that comes with a promise of lighter, longer evenings – and with that in mind, we’ve got some lovely events for you this Spring that come with the promise of good food and good wine!
Valentine's Day Afternoon Tea, £28 per person (£36 with a glass of champagne)
A beautiful afternoon tea has been created especially for Valentine’s Day. Enjoy a classic 3-tier stand filled with a selection of savoury bites and sweet treats with warm scones topped with clotted cream and jam (or jam and clotted cream!) Bottomless tea and coffee.
We are offering 2 sittings for this special afternoon – either 12-2pm and 2-4pm. Afternoon tea will be by appointment only.

Our Valentine’s Day Afternoon Tea will also be available boxed and ready for collection if you fancy a little afternoon delight. Online orders will close Friday 9th February.

The French Table is fully booked for lunch and dinner on Valentine’s Day. Our waiting lists are open so please contact us if you wish to have your name added.

Spring Events
We have some very special evenings coming in soon, including one celebrating some of the finest wines England has to offer.
Before booking, please read the following important information:
All events take place upstairs. There is no lift upstairs. The only access is 2 flights of stairs.
Tables are large and shared with others (up to 6 people per table)
First come, first reserved. Waiting lists will open for each event.
Spaces must be paid for in advance. Payment can be made over the phone or in person.
Dietary requirements must be mentioned in advance.
Cheese & Wine Evening, £60 per person
Join our Sarah for another fabulous evening of cheese and wine pairing. 5 cheeses from award-winning La Fromagerie are beautifully paired with 5 interesting wines. The evening is rounded off with a sharing charcuterie platter, coffee & petit fours. (Cheese & Wine pairings will be the same for both evenings)

Wednesday 20th March, 7pm with Balfour Winery (Hush Heath Estate)
We are delighted to welcome back Balfour Winery, creators of acclaimed English wines since 2002. Enjoy a 4-course seasonal menu paired with 4 wonderful wines.
Balfour Winery have been at the forefront of the growing English wine movement with their flagship sparkling Balfour Brut Rosé being the first English Sparkling wine to be served in BA First Class and the official English wine of the London 2012 Olympic games.

Wednesday 22nd May, 7pm with Vinothentic (supporting small growers since 2000)
We are so happy to announce that our dear friend François from Vinothentic will be joining us this May. Co-hosted with Sarah, expect a 4-course menu with 4 wines celebrating the very best the Loire Valley has to offer.
